Terms of Use

Using SetList means accepting what is on this page. It is short because the site is simple: static pages of checklist data, free to read, no account required.

Using the data

The checklists and their CSV exports are published under CC BY-NC 4.0: use them non-commercially, with attribution to SetList. That licence covers our compilation — the parsing, the structure, the parallel and print-run tables we build.

It does not cover the underlying facts. A card number, a player's name and the team printed on the card are facts, and facts are not ours to license. If you want to use the data commercially, write to us and we will discuss it rather than pretend the licence forbids something it cannot.

Accuracy, and its limits

Every figure here is parsed from an official manufacturer checklist file, and each page names that file with its SHA-256. That is a strong provenance claim and a weak accuracy guarantee: manufacturers revise checklists after release, files contain errors, and parsing is never perfect. The data is provided as is, without warranty, and we are not liable for decisions you make from it — including what you pay for a card.

If a number looks wrong, tell us. Corrections are published with a dated changelog entry on the affected page.

What we do not publish

No card values or price estimates, and no card images. Valuations belong to whoever produced them, and card artwork carries rights we do not hold. This is a deliberate limit, described in more detail on how we build checklists.

Affiliate links

Pages link to eBay listings, and we earn a commission on resulting sales. Those links are marked as sponsored, and they never affect which sets we publish or what the checklist says. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy a particular card.

Trademarks

Card, team, league and manufacturer names are trademarks of their respective owners. SetList is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Changes

These terms change when the site does, and the change is dated. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.
